We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a new colleague to join the Accounting & Finance Department, where you'll be responsible for the timely and efficient workflow of accounts receivable tasks.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing weekly/monthly financial reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial analysis
  • Ad hoc projects
Qualifications

We Expect You to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields;
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience (ideally in commercial company or telecom company);
  • General knowledge in tax and VAT;
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive and keen for detail;
  • Reliable and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Team-player and autonomous;
  • Strong English writing and communication skills;
  • Odoo ERP knowledge is considered an asset.
