Senior Accountant (m/f/d)What You Will Be Doing?
  • Reviewing the completeness and accuracy of primary accounting documents related to income, expenses, assets, and liabilities 
  • Recording bank account activity and processing electronic payments 
  • Getting approval for incoming invoices 
  • Managing travel and other expenses
  • Verifying cost centers and internal orders 
  • Recording and reconciling incoming and outgoing invoices within the company 
  • Preparing monthly VAT reports (including work at SEF), annual corporate income tax filings, documentation for Transfer Pricing statements, and local reports for tax authorities 
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounting documentation 
  • Reviewing and correcting general ledger entries, in communication with the manager 
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external use 
  • Preparing the annual inventory 
  • Implementing new accounts into the chart of accounts in consultation with the supervisor 
  • Assisting in the preparation of supporting documentation and reports for audits 
  • Continuously working to improve business processes and efficiency within your area of responsibility 
What Do You Need for the Position?

We are looking for a talented Senior Accountant with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, or another related field.  

We Expect 

  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles 
  • 2+ years of proven experience in accounting
  • Experience with S4Hana 
  • Accounting license or legal certification (optional) 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
  • Excellent knowledge of English language is necessary
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
  • Responsibility and the ability to work in a team 
  • Experience in the IT industry is preferable
