  • Construction management and overseeing complete operations on projects
  • Site organisation
  • Communication with investors and supervisory authorities
  • Negotiations with clients and subcontractors
  • Communication with other sectors in the company
  • Control and organization of subcontactors' performance
  • Coordination of workers on the site
  • Report to superiors about all activities and results
  • Proper management of construction documentation
  • Monitoring regulations for construction and adaptation
  • Defining the technology of building and solving problems in the execution of works
  • Plans for hiring necessary resources on the site (labourers, equipment and necessary subcontractors)
  • Timely preparation ofsupporting documents for interim payment certificates and final certificates for the performed works
  • Quality control of completed works and materials
  • Cost awareness and cost control

Vaše kvalifikacije

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering
  • At least 10 years' work experience in this field
  • Good understanding of construction and construction process
  • Good computer skills – MS Office, AutoCad, MS-Project
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's licence – active driver
  • Independence and responsibility in work, self-initiative
  • Willingness to work and travel
  • High motivation and commitment to work.
