Opis posla:

  • Odgovoran za upravljanje glavnom knjigom;
  • Odgovoran za održavanje i usaglašavanje računa glavne knjige u vezi sa proizvodnim aktivnostima, obezbeđujući tačnost i usklađenost sa računovodstvenim principima;
  • Odgovoran za zatvaranje glavne knjige na kraju meseca, uključujući pripremu unosa u dnevnik, pregled usaglašavanja računa i obezbeđivanje blagovremenog i tačnog izveštavanja;
  • Odgovoran za finansijsko izveštavanje: generisanje mesečnih finansijskih izveštaja, uključujući izveštaje o troškovima, analizu varijanse i ključne indikatore učinka za podršku u donošenju odluka menadžmenta;
  • Aktivno učestvuje u pripremi neophodne dokumentacije za internu i eksternu reviziju;
  • Identifikuje mogućnosti za poboljšanje procesa u okviru računovodstvene funkcije i primenjuje najbolje prakse za poboljšanje efikasnosti;
  • Blisko sarađuje sa ostalim sektorima kako bi osigurali tačno izveštavanje i komunikaciju finansijskih informacija;
  • Odgovoran za usklađenost internih politika i eksternih propisa, uključujući računovodstvene principe i relevantne industrijske standarde;
  • Obezbeđuje poštovanje kompanijskih pravila i procedura, kao i zakonskih propisa;
  • Sprovodi standarde propisane sistemom upravljanja kvalitetom, mere BZR i PPZ;
  • Obavlja i sve druge poslove po nalogu neposrednog rukovodioca.

Zahtevi pozicije
:

  • IV SSS ekonomskog usmerenja. Stručna diploma iz računovodstva, finansija ili srodnih oblasti.
  • Rad na računaru (MS Office, Internet, Windows)
  • Engleski jezik – osnovni nivo
  • Poznavanje računovodstvenih softvera
  • Organizacione i analitičke sposobnosti
