Temenos Senior Business Analyst Accounting and Reporting

We are the IT powerhouse behind one of the region's largest banking groups, and we are embarking on a major greenfield Temenos Transact Core Banking System implementation. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up, defining and refining the AR (Accounting & Reporting) modules to support our entire suite of retail banking products and services.

As a Temenos Transact Business Analyst specializing in Accounting & Reporting, you will be at the heart of this transformation. Your expertise will directly contribute to designing and building the core banking capabilities that will drive innovation and excellence across the NLB Group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Analyze and translate
  business requirements
  related to Accounting & Reporting specifically for AA
• Provide expert guidance on the use and configuration of the
  Transact (T24) Accounting
• Work closely with business users, architects, and technical teams to deliver fit-for-purpose core solutions
• Validate and verify solutions against business needs and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated on recent
  Temenos releases
  and leverage new functionalities
• Document processes, business rules, and functional specifications clearly
• Participate in testing, UAT, and support deployment activities
• Support continuous improvement and adaptation of the established within the retail banking domain

WHAT YOU'LL BRING?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Excellent knowledge of
  Temenos Transact (T24) Accounting
  modules including IFRS
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles for both local and IFRS
• Deep understanding of accounting procedures, business processes and operations
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements
• Hands-on experience with recent
  Temenos releases
• Strong understanding of retail banking business processes and product lines (loans, deposits, etc.)
• A demonstrated track record of successful business analysis engagements within the banking sector
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of integration points within a core banking ecosystem is nice to have
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
