On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced
Accounting & Reporting Manager
to join a well-established organization and take ownership of accounting operations, statutory compliance, and management reporting. This is a key leadership role within the finance function, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.

Location: Belgrade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Analyze financial results and prepare tailored reports that support management decision-making.
  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process, ensuring accuracy of financial statements.
  • Supervise the preparation of statutory and management reports, providing clear insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with senior leadership and FP&A in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensure timely audits, and implement audit recommendations.
  • Strengthen financial controls and ensure efficient processes within the accounting and reporting function.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management by delivering financial analysis and recommendations.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting roles within large/medium companies or audit firms.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • SAP knowledge is considered an advantage.
