an HR company that covers a wide range of HR services including recruitment and
selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client
– a globally recognized company, known for its strong international
presence and commitment to innovation and high-quality solutions, we are
looking for a motivated candidate for a position of Accounting Manager to
join their team in Southern Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    all accounting operations and financial reporting processes (monthly,
    quarterly, and annual) in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS
  • Act as
    the primary point of contact for the Group's auditors, tax advisors, and
    local tax/other public authorities
  • Prepare
    and oversee monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, CIT) in close cooperation
    with corporate and local tax advisors
  • Lead,
    develop, and motivate the local accounting team, ensuring effective
    resource allocation and on-time delivery of objectives
  • Oversee
    customer credit management (mid-term)
  • Participate
    in complex financial projects and provide first-level guidance on
    financial matters
  • Ensure
    strict adherence to the company's internal control system and accounting
    policies

Requirements
  • University
    degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Certified Accountant
    qualification
  • 3–5
    years of relevant experience     in an international financial or
    controlling environment
  • Strong
    knowledge of SAP and excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency
    in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
  • Strong
    analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability
    to work independently and accurately
