As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships and confidently tackling new challenges.

We'd love to work with you if you have:
Have at least 1 year of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Speak and write English fluently
Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Enjoy building relationships and supporting clients long-term
Can explain ideas simply and focus conversations on value
Are proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented
Nice to have:
Experience in an SEO or digital agency
Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing
German language skills
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow long-term relationships with assigned clients
Join regular client calls and communicate updates in clear, business-relevant language
Spot early signs of dissatisfaction or confusion and address them quickly
Lead client onboarding and support seamless cooperation with SEO and project teams
Keep CRM and internal tools updated with notes, priorities, and next steps
