Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Belgrade. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and strategically growing our accounts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, managing relationships with clients, creating and implementing business plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Planning skills
  • Proven Account Management and Key Accounts experience
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
