​ ​HRFabrika isan HR company that covers a wide range of HR services including recruitment andselection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client– a globally recognized company, known for its strong internationalpresence and commitment to innovation and high -quality solutions, we arelooking for a motivated candidate for a position of Accounting Manager tojoin their team in Southern Serbia. Key Responsibilities:Manage all accounting operations and financial reporting processes (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with local GAAP and IFRSAct as the primary point of contact for the Group's auditors, tax advisors, and local tax/other public authoritiesPrepare and oversee monthly and annual tax reports (VAT, CIT) in close cooperation with corporate and local tax advisorsLead, develop, and motivate the local accounting team, ensuring effective resource allocation and on -time delivery of objectivesOversee customer credit management (mid -term)Participate in complex financial projects and provide first -level guidance on financial mattersEnsure strict adherence to the company's internal control system and accounting policies ​RequirementsUniversity degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Certified Accountant qualification3–5 years of relevant experience in an international financial or controlling environmentStrong knowledge of SAP and excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plusStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and accurately
