About the role:

As an
Accounting Manager,
you will oversee and ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of accounting processes across EU entities within the Group. Your mission will be to maintain compliance with internal and external financial standards, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making through financial insights.

Job description:

  • Ensure proper and timely execution of all accounting processes across EU entities within the Group
  • Coordinate activities related to accounting and financial recording of all business transactions
  • Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
  • Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and recommend actions for business improvement
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with internal rules and local regulations
  • Oversee fulfillment of tax obligations and coordination with external consultants for consolidated reports and transfer pricing documentation
  • Provide operational support to retail locations for issue resolution and document reconciliation
  • Manage complex accounting matters, provide expert guidance, and coordinate day-to-day activities within the EU accounting team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members in alignment with company values and objectives
  • Ensure up-to-date and compliant accounting procedures across all operations

  • University degree in Economics or a related field (VII level of education)
  • More than 5 years of experience in similar or related positions
  • Advanced knowledge of English language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office package
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan effectively
  • Demonstrated commitment and responsibility in previous roles
  • Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to change
  • Strong result orientation and focus on process improvement
