- osobu koja zna da vodi klijente kroz ceo proces saradnje, gradi dugoročne odnose i koordinira timove u realizaciji digitalnih projekata.

ODGOVORNOSTI:

  • Upravljanje odnosima sa klijentima: komunikacija, razumevanje njihovih ciljeva i pružanje strateških preporuka
  • P

revođenje potreba klijenata u konkretne taskove i briefove

  • Koordinacija internih timova (dizajn, video, development, performance marketing) radi uspešne realizacije projekata
  • Planiranje i nadgledanje realizacije kampanja, praćenje rokova i budžeta
  • Redovno izveštavanje klijenata o statusu projekata, rezultatima i predlozima za dalji razvoj
  • Praćenje industrijskih trendova i konkurencije u cilju unapređenja strategija za klijente
  • Aktivno učestvovanje u kreiranju digitalnih strategija i prezentacija za nove i postojeće klijente

KVALIFIKACIJE:

  • Minimum 3 godine iskustva na poziciji Account Manager-a ili Project Manager-a u digitalnoj agenciji
  • Odlično razumevanje principa digitalnog marketinga (društvene mreže, content, performance marketing, SEO/SEM)
  • Iskustvo u radu sa projektnim i komunikacionim alatima kao što su Slack i ActiveColab
  • Sposobnost izrade jasnih brief-ova i vođenja projekata od ideje do realizacije
  • Odlično znanje engleskog jezika (pisana i usmena komunikacija, prezentacije)

  • Izražene komunikacione i prezentacione veštine
  • Organizovanost, preciznost i sposobnost vođenja više projekata paralelno
  • Strateško i analitičko razmišljanje, usmereno na rezultate
  • Sposobnost građenja odnosa i poverenja sa klijentima
  • Samostalnost, inicijativa i rešavanje adhoc problema u hodu

RADNO VREME I MODEL RADA:

  • Radno vreme: 9h-17h (uz fleksibilnost po potrebi - važno je da se posao obavi kvalitetno i na vreme)
  • Hibridni model rada: prisustvo u kancelariji minimum 2-3 puta nedeljno
