HR Fabrika is an HR company that covers a wide range of HR services including recruitment and selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client – leading company in beauty industry, we are looking for a motivated candidate for a position: Key Account Manager Job Description The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key international accounts, ensuring long -term relationships, and maximizing global sales opportunities. This role is essential for expanding the company's global presence and fostering strong partnerships with major beauty salons and distributors of permanent makeup and other beauty products worldwide. Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts worldwide, ensuring long -term partnerships and business growth by developing existing accounts and finding new ones. • Act as the main point of contact for major beauty salons and resellers worldwide, understanding their unique regional needs and providing tailored solutions. • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key accounts, aligning with the company's sales objectives. • Collaborate with cross -functional teams, including marketing, distribution, and product development, to deliver customized product offerings and services. • Monitor the performance of key accounts, track global sales trends, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership. • Analyze international client data and sales metrics, as well as negotiate contracts and agreements with global partners, ensuring terms that maximize profit while meeting the needs of diverse markets. • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, and regional legal requirements in collaboration with legal and operations teams. • Stay informed on global market trends, as well as maintain a strong understanding of the permanent makeup and beauty product industry, including trends, innovations, and competitor activity. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager handling global or multinational accounts. • Understanding of the global beauty market, particularly within the permanent makeup sector and its distributors is an advantage • Excellent relationship -building and negotiation skills across different cultures and regions, as well as strong project management skills for collaboration with international teams. • Ability to manage multiple accounts across various time zones and regions, with a strong attention to detail, including analyzing global sales data and generating actionable insights for international growth. • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage. • Willingness to travel internationally to meet with clients and attend global industry events (30% of time).
