KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Zadaci:

  • Razvijanje i održavanje dugoročnih partnerskih odnosa sa ključnim maloprodajnim lancima i distributerima u Srbiji
  • Pregovaranje i upravljanje komercijalnim uslovima/politikom
  • Planiranje, sprovođenje i analiza godišnjih i kvartalnih poslovnih planova po kupcu
  • Upravljanje promo budžetima i trade aktivnostima, praćenje ROI i profitabilnosti kupaca/kanala prodaje
  • Praćenje tržišnih trendova i konkurencije u FMCG segmentu
  • Bliska saradnja sa timovima marketinga, trade marketinga, supply chain-a i finansija u cilju optimalnog sprovođenja strategije
  • Izveštavanje o prodajnim rezultatima, distribuciji, market share-u i realizaciji ciljeva po kupcu

Uslovi:

  • VSS (ekonomija, menadžment ili srodne oblasti)
  • Minimum 3–5 godina iskustva u prodaji u FMCG sektoru (poželjno na poziciji Key Account Manager-a ili Sales Manager-a)
  • Odlično poznavanje FMCG tržišta u Srbiji
  • Snažne pregovaračke i prezentacione veštine
  • Izražene analitičke sposobnosti i iskustvo u radu sa podacima (Nielsen, RetailZoom ili slični izvori)
  • Aktivno znanje engleskog jezika (pisano i govorno)
  • Napredno znanje MS Office paketa (posebno Excel i PowerPoint)
  • Vozačka dozvola B kategorije
