Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tech Lead C# Developer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain fintech products based on the company's existing solutions.
  • Refactor existing code and design project architecture.
  • Collaborate with the development team (comprising backend developers, front-end developers, business analysts, QAs) to enhance development processes.
  • Provide mentoring to the development team.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in C#, SQL, and .NET.
  • Experienced with Git version control.
  • Capable of effective communication with business stakeholders and advocating your viewpoint.
  • Skilled in managing a development team and streamlining development processes.
  • Versatile in working on new projects as well as improving legacy services.
  • Understanding Docker, CI/CD, and their applications.
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Education in IT or mathematics is an advantage.
  • Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ).
  • Financial sector experience, with knowledge of financial ledgers.
