We are looking for a highly skilled
AI Data Engineer
to join our AI Department. You will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining our next-generation Data Warehouse infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of data from various internal and external systems. You will also support our AI initiatives with robust data pipelines that power ML/AI models across the company.

This role requires proven experience in building enterprise-scale data warehouses, hands-on expertise in AI/ML engineering, and a solid background in iGaming or B2C digital businesses with comparable scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & implement a scalable and maintainable Data Warehouse architecture that consolidates data from all departments and platforms.
• Evaluate, select, and implement DWH technologies (cloud-native solutions preferred: e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, etc.) aligned with company needs and budget.
• Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from internal systems (CRM, product analytics, finance, marketing, etc.) and external sources (third-party platforms, APIs, etc.).
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and lineage across the organization.
• Collaborate with AI, BI, and engineering teams to prepare data pipelines for AI/ML workloads (batch and real-time).
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions.
• Document data models, schemas, data flows, and engineering decisions.
• Continuously optimize data workflows for performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
• Contribute to AI data strategies, including feature engineering, model input pipelines, and scalable model deployment architecture.
• Help define data access policies and security controls in collaboration with InfoSec and compliance teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML data engineering in production environments.
• Proven track record of building and launching data warehouse solutions at scale, ideally for mid-sized international companies.
• Deep expertise in cloud-based DWH platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, ClickHouse or similar).
• Strong experience with data orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) and data transformation tools (dbt, Spark, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of Python and SQL for data manipulation and pipeline development.
• Experience with real-time data processing (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis, Flink).
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including data preparation, feature stores, model versioning, and MLOps.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, GDPR, and compliance practices.
• Previous experience in iGaming or similar B2C digital industries (e.g., eCommerce, digital entertainment, online marketplaces) is essential.

Would be a plus:

• Experience integrating with iGaming-specific platforms: CRM systems, payment providers, user behavior tracking tools, etc.
• Background in data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and reporting layer architecture.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
