Your Role
We're looking for a new colleague (m/f) who will be part of our
Consumer Products Division
, having the chance to work for the whole L'Oréal Adria Balkan region. Position of
Marketing Trainee
requires motivated, agile, and organized person who will be responsible for:

• Adapting the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale).
• Supporting the Product Manager in product daily activities (preparing campaign content, product presentations for clients, working on translation, request of product codes, coordinating labeling & contracts).
• Mobilizing and collaborating with other departments (sales, logistic, trade marketing.) and partner agencies.
• Helping collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
• Working with PM on analyzing brand performance and campaign results.
• Coordinating product seeding.
• Coordinating with Social and Advocacy Manager social channels and influencer agenda dedicated to the brand.

The Ideal Profile

• Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• Entry level profile with interest in Marketing
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Has strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Is data driven and has excellent analytical skills
• Is detail oriented and has excellent organizational skills
• Works with responsibility and autonomy
• Is skilled in MS Office
• Speaks Serbian and English fluently
