We are currently seeking ambitious individuals who are either experienced MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) consultants or interested in becoming one. As we expand globally, we are looking for driven candidates to help deliver strategic digital transformation initiatives worldwide.

As a Trainee Functional Consultant MES
you will be part of the team that is working closely with our clients to understand their needs and guide them through their digital transformation journey. Comprehensive, in-depth and intensive training will be provided to you at the beginning of your engagement, to prepare you for success in the Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with your team in facilitating workshops to gain a thorough understanding of client-specific requirements, processes and organization.
  • Provide support during detailed process analysis, designing systems and processes, and configuring them accordingly.
  • Developing, in conjunction with your team, pilot use cases and conducting demo presentations to showcase proof of concept.
  • A proactive commitment to learning and mastering MES functionalities, consistently completing tasks on time and contributing effectively to project communication and collaboration.

Qualification, Background, and Expertise

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree completed in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics), Business or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages, particularly German, is highly desirable.
  • No previous work experience is required.
