Yettel is seeking a sharp, talented, and energetic Product Manager to help take our digital channels product experiences to the next level. In our product organization, you would be a member of an agile team of developers, engineers, analysts, UI/UX designers and marketeers responsible for crafting top-notch digital experience on Yettel app and web-shop. What we will expect from you:

  • Drive digital product strategies and long-term vision to build best in class digital platforms.
  • Manage new digital initiatives from idea to launch working with design, engineering, marketing/sales, and other teams.
  • Ensure that product lifecycle deadlines are met, software development stages are completed on time with communicate updates.
  • Ensure that all development requests are in line with company and digital strategy.
  • Research of customer behavior trends and propose optimization of digital customer journeys.
  • Analyze product data to make sure that all quality, and reliability standards are met.
  • Define product USPs with commercial teams and secure best product KPI delivery.
  • Act as a customer advocate throughout product development process.
  • Take part in the transformation of self-care channels and digital platforms to maximize business and strategic KPIs.
  • Work closely with international teams to create next generation digital customer experience.

For a good start you will need:

  • University degree in economics, organizational sciences, engineering or IT.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development.
  • Experience in developing mobile apps, and/or ecommerce platforms.
  • Using quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions and measure success.
  • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and schedules.
  • Experience in building basic wireframes and basic UI/UX experience is a plus.

  • Self-starter with a team-player attitude, able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Sound analytical skills and ability to turn raw data into insightful recommendations.
  • Prior experience working in agile.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
  • Strong presentation/communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
