Who we are looking for
Deloitte is seeking a dynamic
Digital Specialist
with up to 3 years of experience to help elevate our digital presence and drive high-quality leads into our CRM. In this role, you'll blend creativity with analytics to design compelling digital experiences, leverage AI-powered tools, and build targeted campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience driving B2B lead generation, ideally within the consulting industry.
• Strong command of digital marketing and advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills tailored to professional audiences.
• Understanding of lead-nurturing strategies, funnel optimization, and CRM workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools for design, video, and content creation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and refine campaigns.
• Effective communication skills, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Your future role

• Plan, execute, and optimize targeted digital marketing campaigns across key social and search platforms.
• Develop persuasive ad copy, engaging landing pages, and effective lead magnets.
• Implement lead-nurturing sequences and refine conversion funnels for service offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce authentic, high-impact marketing content.

As part of a collaborative Central Europe South marketing environment, you will support initiatives across several countries, stakeholders, and service lines, gaining exposure to diverse business needs and digital priorities throughout the region.
