Projektni menadžer u organizaciji Terraforming

Organizacija Terraforming ) iz Novog Sada raspisuje konkurs za poziciju projektnog menadžera. Tražimo koleginicu ili kolegu koji će nam pomoći da uspešno razvijamo i realizujemo međunarodne projekte u oblasti kulture sećanja, obrazovanja i ljudskih prava.

Šta nudimo

  • Rad u dinamičnom, kreativnom i međunarodnom okruženju.
  • Mogućnost rada iz kancelarije u Novom Sadu ili na daljinu (uz obavezan dolazak na timske sastanke 1–2 puta nedeljno).
  • Fleksibilno radno vreme (osnovni okvir 10:00–16:00, uz dogovoreno prilagođavanje uveče ili vikendom kada realizujemo događaje).
  • Stalni radni odnos sa probnim radom od 6 meseci.
  • Platu po dogovoru.

Tvoj posao biće

  • Učestvovanje u razvijanju projektnih ideja i pisanju aplikacija za grantove.
  • Vođenje i koordinacija projekata u svim fazama: planiranje, realizacija, praćenje i evaluacija.
  • Upravljanje budžetima, praćenje finansija i priprema finansijskih i narativnih izveštaja.
  • Organizacija događaja (konferencija, seminara, javnih tribina, izložbi, produkcija publikacija, video i audio sadržaja itd.) u Srbiji i širom Evrope.
  • Komunikacija i koordinacija sa partnerima, spoljnim saradnicima i članovima našeg tima.

  • Precizno planiranje i odgovorno praćenje rokova i budžeta.
  • Sposobnost za timski rad i komunikaciju u malom, fleksibilnom timu.

Poželjno, ali nije uslov

Poznavanje tema kojima se bavimo (Holokaust, Samudaripen, borba protiv antisemitizma, anticiganizma, ksenofobije, rasizma, kao i pitanja vezana za kulturu sećanja).
