Job Description:

• Performing activities in the domain of business analysis for digital processes, core systems, and integrations between external and internal systems;
• Gathering software requirements from business owners, communicating with stakeholders, as well aas aligning software requirements;
• Proposing performant solutions, writing requests and technical specifications to vendors;
• Consolidating technical requirements for vendors and mapping data;
• Running SQL queries on core and other external databases;
• Implementing business requirements, for tracking initiatives and reporting;
• Understanding API documentation and creating technical requirements for vendors, related to API integrations, as well as testing API calls through POSTMAN and troubleshooting with vendors during testing and production support;
• Participating in workshops with vendors to implement new initiatives and integrate vendor systems into the bank's architecture;
• Gathering requirements for environment setup and traffic routing, as well as communicating requirements to the IT infrastructure team and DBA team;
• Participating in IT testing/UNIT – SIT tests for new solutions and writing technical test case scenarios for service communication and data exchange in existing or new integrations;
• Providing application support to the business regarding issues detected during testing and in production;
• Triaging issues reported by business users during testing and production;
• Analyzing logs, submitting tickets to vendors through various ticketing tools, as well as resolving bank-related issues with vendor support services;
• Supporting vendors during production deployment;
• Implementing monitoring and alerts with vendors for newly introduced systems;
• Preparing technical instructions for application support, as well as instructions for first-line support when introducing new application processes;
• Drawing processes and IT diagrams;
• Maintaining API integrations between internal and external systems;
• Monitoring API performance and address any integration challenges or issues;
• Documenting integration processes, API specifications, and best practices;

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Expectations from Candidates:

• VI/VII level of education in the field of computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, economics, or organizational sciences;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles in the IT sector;
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle SQL tools, as well as POSTMAN tool;
• Proven experience in working with API technology, preferably with RESTful and SOAP APIs;
• Experience with API management tools and platforms (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Apigee);
• Experience with JSON and XML.
• Experience with JIRA or other ticketing tools;
• Experience with VISIO, DRAWIO, or other tools for drawing process and diagrams;
• Proficiency in PPT, XLS;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Independence in assessing potential risks and resolving challenges;
• Communication skills;
• Motivation for continuous learning, growth, and development;
• Knowledge of the English language;
