Key Responsibilities in Turkish Game Presenter Team Manager (iGaming) Roles – Serbia
  • Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Turkish-speaking Game Presenters, ensuring excellent performance and positive team culture.
  • Oversee daily operations of live casino tables, ensuring smooth, high-quality service delivery in compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Coordinate scheduling, attendance and shift management to guarantee full table coverage at all times.
  • Drive team KPIs by providing effective coaching, performance feedback and personalised development plans.
  • Facilitate new presenter onboarding, regular training, and skill enhancement sessions to uphold game integrity and engagement.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, and Quality Assurance departments to resolve issues and continuously improve team performance.
  • Monitor customer interaction and presenter professionalism, promptly addressing any service concerns or escalations.
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment where everyone can thrive.
Ideal Qualifications for Turkish Game Presenter Team Manager Jobs in Serbia
  • Fluent (C1 or higher) Turkish communication skills with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Previous team-lead or supervisory experience, ideally in igaming, entertainment, call centre, BPO or hospitality environments.
  • Solid organisational and people-management skills, capable of fostering motivation and accountability.
  • Keen interest in iGaming, casino games, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
