At this point, Zelh is looking for an Entry Level Accounting Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process ALL emails and faxes (all faxes and emails must be processed within 1 hour of the receipt)

  • Keep Load Processing Spreadsheet updated at all times

  • Chase missing paperwork from carriers or factoring companies by emails or phone calls

  • Communicate with Problem Solvers or Accounting personnel on all paperwork issues

  • Chase Problem Solver (Broker) requests

Working conditions:

-Work schedule: Mon-Frid, 8 AM- 3 PM EST

-Competitive Salary in USD

-10+ business days of paid time off, 15 - after 2 years, 7 days of Public Holidays, 3 sick leaves
