Business Ops Manager will report to the Senior Business Ops Manager, Deployments & Innovation.
You will be responsible for business management processes, business communication, and other key projects that support and help run the team and business effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will have the ability to think at a globally while implementing locally and effectively develop key processes and procedures that facilitate management of the business. Building successful relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, to help drive results is essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Revenue/Cost Outlook
- Working closely with Project management leadership, demand forecast & Planning team and Finance to develop the monthly operational demand, revenue, and cost outlook. Including identifying opportunities and risks.
- Develop the annual plan for the Americas Project Management team.
- Interface with Finance and HR to ensure alignment of shared services data and provide insights into the monthly outlook cycle.
- Develop processes to enhance deal/pricing calculations and create visibility to profitability of projects.
- Business Operations
- Setting and improving processes, monitoring execution, and driving accountability and visibility of progress against goals and objectives.
- Working closely with the Americas Project Management leadership to provide a consistent strategic narrative across initiatives.
- Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to the leadership team.
- Proactively identify gaps and issues across the organization and recommend solutions/programs to address them.

- Demonstrated experience in finance and analytics tools.
- Understanding of KPI's such as productivity, SLA, outliers, forecast error, and variance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and trust with partners and building influential relationships with the stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, HR, Support Services, Marketing and Professional Services
- Strong strategic and financial analysis skills
