We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define research goals and integrate findings into the product development cycle.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, and other artefacts that communicate user behaviour.
• Work with analytics to validate user behaviour and measure the impact of product changes.
• Generate product hypotheses together with the team based on insights from qualitative and quantitative research.
• Advocate for the user and ensure a user-centred approach across the organisation.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related role.
• Strong understanding of research methods, including when and how to apply them (JTBD required).
• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, Lookback, Optimal Workshop, or similar.
• Ability to turn research insights into clear and impactful recommendations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate product hypotheses and actionable insights.
