We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join us. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project requirements, deadlines, budgets and schedules, ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders. 

This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project issues, preparing status reports, and coordinating change requests. The Project Manager will leverage technology to keep all parties informed about the project's progress and budget, ensuring the development and implementation of comprehensive documentation for system processes. 

This is a full-time, remote-work-at-home position with the possibility to work from our office in Belgrade.

What is the role about:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules

  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving project issues promptly

  • Preparing detailed project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress

  • Managing and coordinating change requests to ensure project objectives are met

  • Utilizing technology effectively to communicate schedule and budget updates to all parties involved

  • Coordinating the development of comprehensive documentation to facilitate the implementation and turnover of the project's process or system

  • Guiding and supporting the team in achieving client expectations and delivering on project deliverables

  • Conducting thorough post-project evaluations to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement

What we expect from you:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to successful project completion

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure

  • Proficient in project management software and tools

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

  • Experience in conducting post-project evaluations and implementing learnings for continuous improvement
