Role Description

As a Project Management intern, you will support our team in managing projects from idea to delivery, collaborating daily with multiple departments across the company.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning about business processes in outsourcing companies and understanding the role of a Project Manager

  • Actively participating in recruitment and selection processes (posting job ads, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in candidate evaluation)

  • Assisting in internal project organization and administrative activities

  • Supporting the PM team in client communication and preparing project documentation

  • Collaborating with multiple teams (HR, Finance, Development, Marketing) and learning through cross-departmental teamwork

Who We Are Looking For

  • Good command of English and basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, or PM platforms

  • Responsible and adaptable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment

Internship Details

  • Type: Volunteer internship

  • Duration: 2–3 months (with a possibility of extension and employment)

  • Location: Hybrid — office & remote

  • Start date: By agreement
