We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our international team in a junior-level administrative role. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable corporate experience and become part of global business operations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Order information into internal systems with a minimum of errors
  • Effectively manages entitlement, solution set and catalog updates
  • Efficiently responds to requests for account set up
  • Produces reports to assist in Opportunity Management and others as needed
  • Make data updates in relevant internal systems (mass updates, territory changes, etc)
  • Assist in completing data entry projects
  • Create and revise quotes
  • Set up new accounts and create associated IDs in internal systems
  • Order Management and follow up
  • Contracts administration
  • Update product configurations and customer entitlements in internal business systems
  • Prepare renewal quotes for hardware and software maintenance services
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales to support customer communication and data validation, as needed
  • Shepherd the quote to order to invoice

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum High school diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Oracle OFS experience is a plus
  • Availability to work 2nd shift (2 PM – 11 PM CET)
  • Willingness to occasionally work 3rd shift (night hours CET) during critical deployments and hypercare periods
