The Business Integration Analyst will support the strategic and technical execution of revenue-related system integrations, with a focus on migrating and preparing data for billing platforms.

Take a closer look at the main responsibilities:

System Integration & Data Migration

  • Assist in the migration of customer and subscription data from legacy systems to Zuora billing system
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of open balances, customer deposits, and deferred/accrued revenue entries
  • Scrub and validate dates and other key data fields to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems
  • Prepare structured data templates for upload into the Zuora billing system

Item Setup & Catalog Structuring

  • Maintain item master files, including pricing models, bundling logic, and charge types
  • Align invoice presentation and product catalog definitions with business unit requirements
  • Support automation and standardization of item setup processes

Excel & Data Handling

  • Use advanced Excel functions to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets
  • Create and manage templates for recurring data uploads and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and readiness for system ingestion

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Previous experience with Zuora or Alteryx system will be an advantage
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst within multicultural environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving attitude
  • Attention to detail
