Sales Operations Support Analyst

We are looking for candidates enthusiastic about sales, customer relations, and team coordination to take our Sales Ops Support Analyst role

  • Manage communications between channel partners and internal, cross-functional resources
  • Work efficiently to close cases with a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage closed loop communications between all stakeholders
  • Validate that the customer is completely satisfied with the resolution of the case or inquiry
  • Work cross-functionally to close information gaps
  • Identify opportunities for improving internal and external business processes
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, as directed
  • Maintain documented processes and templates
  • Participate in special projects, as assigned
  • Perform external research, as assigned
  • Follow all company's policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties, as assigned
  • Creating and approve partner account
  • Onboarding new and old partners
  • Provides access to external and internal systems

What we expect from you:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Highly organized with multi-threaded tasks strong follow-up skills (proactive, detailed)
  • Sales support and account maintenance/management skills, familiarity with project management
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language
