We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Regional Finance team, supporting the GCEE region. Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, this role will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analyses, insights, and reports to support strategic decision-making at the regional and C-level management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working with complex datasets across multiple markets and business units.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional CFO and senior management by preparing insightful financial analyses, management reports, and presentations for strategic decision-making
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data from GCEE countries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting
  • Perform detailed variance analyses (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) to identify key business trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepare financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
  • Collaborate closely with local finance teams and business leaders to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with regional objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across markets and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations for regional and global leadership
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards across the region
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects, analyses, and presentations as requested by the Regional CFO or senior leadership

What we expect from you:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business finance (regional or multinational environment preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with financial modeling
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of another regional language is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic regional environment
