About the Role

We're seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team that develops and supports
fault-management applications
used by the Network Operations Center (NOC). These systems monitores a wide range of applications, networks, and infrastructure across Serbia, helping ensure service reliability and quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fault-management and monitoring applications.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring processes to improve reliability and response times.
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and NOC engineers to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Ensure system observability through logging, alerting, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and improve configuration management.
  • Maintain security, compliance, and high availability in all environments.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Proficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, system monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, Zabbix, or similar).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an on-call or production-support environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with telecom or large-scale NOC operations.
  • Knowledge of fault-management frameworks or event-correlation systems.
