We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Analyst to support the company's strategic initiatives through data-driven decision making and advanced analytics. You will play a key role in researching and evaluating AI solutions, analyzing competitors and market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on existing AI solutions and evaluate their applicability to the company's needs.
• Analyze competitors and their AI solutions to identify opportunities and potential threats.
• Develop financial forecasts and economic impact assessments for the implementation of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Develop KPIs prior to deployment and assess performance post-implementation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing research findings and recommendations.
• Support data-driven decision making processes across departments.
• Maintain AI tools and ensure they are updated and optimized for performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in AI research, data analysis, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successful AI integration projects, preferably in B2C or gaming-related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into actionable solutions.
• Experience in data-driven decision making and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI tools.
• Understanding of information security systems in the context of AI integration.
• Background in product management or experience in product lifecycle processes is a plus.
• Understanding of the gaming industry and its specific challenges and opportunities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
