Role Overview
Accounting is a dynamic field, and in our projects—as well as in addressing new requirements—the accounting component plays a vital role. CoPAD manages accounting processes and acts as the interface between all accounting departments and IT teams. Our work environment supports the entire A1 Telekom Austria Group. Our mission is to digitize and further automate accounting processes.

We are looking for candidates who already have some experience in SAP, or in IT more broadly. You have basic accounting knowledge and are eager to take responsibility and join our team. This position is expected to be limited to a duration of one year.

Role Insights

  • Support organizational tasks in daily business and project work
  • Participate in the creation and redesign of business processes
  • Help increase the automation rate of incoming invoices by working on our OCR server- ensuring accurate automatic data transfer into SAP (training provided)
  • Act as an interface between accounting and IT, facilitating communication and collaboration between departments
