What you'll do?
You will play a key role in helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll analyze business needs, create insightful reporting solutions, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Diving deep into large and complex datasets to uncover meaningful insights
  • Proactively improving and optimizing existing reports and dashboards
  • Suggesting new reports, views, and data additions that create extra business value
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges
  • Translating business needs into actionable, user-focused analytical solutions
  • Creating impactful reports and visualizations in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint that support effective decision-making
  • Challenging current ways of working, constantly seeking to innovate and streamline processes
  • Developing your analytical and consulting mindset in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment

What you bring?

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (must-have)
  • Professional experience with Power BI and SQL (must-have)
  • Solid experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders, including senior management
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and business requirements into clear, actionable insights
  • A focus on delivering "extra value" that enhances business decision-making
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
