Business Analyst (Serbia-Based)

Please note: This is not an IT or software development position.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement,
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision-making,
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams on business initiatives,
  • Assist in tracking performance metrics and supporting forecasting and planning activities,
  • Develop epidemiological models to support strategic insights and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related field,
  • 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or related roles,
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data visualization tools ,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
