We're seeking a passionate and experienced Global Sourcing Lead to lead our crowd talent acquisition efforts for cutting-edge AI projects. Your expertise in global talent acquisition will be instrumental in building the diverse and skilled contingent workforce needed to power our groundbreaking AI initiatives. In this role, you will lead a team focused on sourcing domain experts and multilingual workers across 150+ markets to support Centific's AI projects.

Your Role and Responsibilities as Global Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for leading and executing global sourcing strategies to attract top talent crowd for our growing AI initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

Team Leadership:


• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities.


• Manage team workload, ensuring efficient and effective sourcing operations.


• Lead and engage freelance recruiters to augment sourcing efforts and achieve targets.


• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Sourcing Strategy & Execution:


• Proactively identify, evaluate, and onboard new recruitment channels to source diverse profiles across various global markets.


• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier crowd talent for AI projects.


• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.


• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative talent acquisition methodologies to Centific.


• Follow recruiting requirements and priorities dictated by project needs, organizational plans, and established targets.

Campaign Management:


• Collaborate with marketing to create and customize compelling recruitment campaigns to attract candidates for new projects and opportunities.


• Oversee the execution of recruitment campaigns across various channels.


• Measure campaign results from each channel (ROI), evaluate data, and leverage insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Process Improvement:


• Provide constructive feedback on the external sourcing process, identifying areas for improvement in tools and processes.


• Contribute to the enhancement of sourcing tools and technologies.


• Apply AI tools and techniques to enhance productivity.

Requirements Technical and Professional Expertise


• 5+ years of proven experience in global recruitment, with a strong emphasis on the AI or data industry.


• 3+ years of experience managing and leading global recruiting teams.


• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing for highly specialized roles within a fast-paced environment.


• Exceptional web research and analytical skills.


• Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including specific market nuances, across multiple regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Asia).


• Advanced proficiency in utilizing online networks, social media platforms, and professional communities for sourcing.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
