Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Belgrade. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for managing real property listings, conducting property viewings and evaluations and negotiating contracts. The role demands a deep understanding of the real estate market and a commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
  • Passed the official real estate broker certification exam
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to provide effective Training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in office space management is a plus
