U potrazi smo za iskusnim i odgovornim
Senior računovođom
, koji će igrati ključnu ulogu u razvoju računovodstvenih procesa, unapređenju ERP sistema i mentorskoj podršci timu.

Tvoje ključne odgovornosti:

  • Mentorstvo i podrška junior računovođi (pomoć u rešavanju složenijih zadataka i kontrola rada)
  • Praćenje knjiženja i kontrola bilansa stanja
  • Uspostavljanje i unapređenje ERP sistema:
  • Organizacija sastanaka sa projektnim timom
  • Praćenje statusa izmena i testiranje
  • Davanje predloga za poboljšanje procesa i kontrola knjiženja u ERP-u
  • Kontrola izlaznih faktura
  • Knjiženje složenih poslovnih transakcija
  • Kontrola ispravnosti finansijske dokumentacije i usklađenost sa računovodstvenim standardima i propisima
  • Saradnja sa eksternim revizorima i poreskim konsultantima — učestvovanje u predlozima rešenja i podrška drugim sektorima u donošenju finansijskih odluka
  • Knjiženje zarada zaposlenih
  • Kontrola proknjiženih izvoda i izvršenih plaćanja
  • Praćenje promena u računovodstvenim i poreskim propisima i obezbeđivanje njihove primene u praksi
  • Izveštavanje finansijskog direktora o ključnim računovodstvenim pitanjima
  • Priprema mesečnih, kvartalnih i godišnjih finansijskih izveštaja (Bilans uspeha, Bilans stanja, PDV prijave, poreske prijave, završni račun)

Idealni kandidat poseduje:

  • Višegodišnje iskustvo u računovodstvu (poželjno iskustvo na senior ili samostalnoj računovodstvenoj poziciji)
  • Odlično poznavanje računovodstvenih i poreskih propisa Republike Srbije
  • Iskustvo u radu sa ERP sistemima (prednost ako je kandidat učestvovao u implementaciji ili unapređenju ERP-a) - prednost imaju kandidati sa poznavanjem rada u
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central-u
  • Sposobnost samostalnog rešavanja kompleksnih zadataka i strukturisan pristup radu
  • Preciznost, odgovornost i izražene analitičke sposobnosti
  • Sposobnost timskog rada i želja da prenosi znanje kolegama
