, we are in search of a:

Senior Android developer

As an Android Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for the Android platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user-friendly, and reliable experiences. The role requires deep technical knowledge of Android development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features;
  • Work with outside data sources and APIs;
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability;
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance;
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency;
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in mobile development;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a IT related field;
  • At least 5 years of proven software development experience and Android skills development;
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;
  • Experience with Android SDK, Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio;
  • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON;
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs;
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
