Administrazivni asistent (popodnevna smena)

Tražimo odgovornu, komunikativnu i pedantnu osobu koja bi se pridružila našem timu kao administrativni asistent u školi stranih jezika. Ako voliš rad sa ljudima, organizaciju i prijateljsko okruženje – možda si baš ti prava osoba za nas

Radno vreme:

Ponedeljak–četvrtak: od 16:30 do 20:30h

Pojedini dani: od 15:30 do 20:30h (po potrebi)

Tvoje obaveze će uključivati:

Dočekivanje kandidata i davanje informacija o kursevima

Evidentiranje uplata i osnovnih podataka o polaznicima

Vođenje evidencije o udžbenicima i drugim materijalima

Povremeni odlazak u fotokopirnicu i poštu

Dopuna i raspored nastavnih materijala po učionicama

Briga o urednosti prostora (ne podrazumeva čišćenje)

Komunikacija sa profesorima i koordinacija oko rasporeda

Pomoć pri organizaciji upisnih perioda i testiranja

Poželjne osobine:

Ljubaznost i dobra komunikacija uživo i putem poruka

Organizovanost i preciznost u radu

Samostalnost i inicijativa

Osnovno poznavanje rada na računaru

Za sve ove zadatke bićeš detaljno obučena/obučen, podrška ti neće nedostajati.
