Job Description:Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates client focus by building, in conjunction with the Sales teams, effective relationships with customer executives and decision makers, identifying, meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Delivers pre-sales presentations and proposals, and provides functional support to clients, making sure that they take full advantage of Euronet's services.
  • Prepares pre-sales reports and maintains accounts records in order to keep management informed regarding specific opportunities' progress.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the clients' business and competitive landscape, and proposes solutions translating their needs into business opportunities. Is able to speak with authority on industry trends, best practices, competitive practices, regulatory issues, etc.
  • Resolves account issues through escalation to management and/or delegation to appropriate technical support and implementation teams.
  • Closely monitors competition trends and utilizes this information to contribute to new product development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Economics.
  • Minimum 3 years of pre-sales experience working for international IT solutions providers targeting the Banking sector, or within major banks.
  • Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (card issuing, ATM processing, POS acquiring) and/or Banking IT.
  • Proven track record in working within dynamic international environments.
  • Fluency in oral and written English.
