About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant to join our team and support organizations in Serbia and Montenegro in implementing and maintaining management systems in line with ISO and other international standards.

This role involves direct collaboration with clients, preparation of project documentation, and providing both on-site and online consultancy services. If you are passionate about standardization, quality, and organizational improvement – we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities


• Manage business correspondence with clients


• Coordinate external and internal communication on standardization projects


• Prepare documentation for consultancy visits


• Implement management systems in accordance with ISO and related standards


• Conduct consultancy visits to clients in Serbia and Montenegro


• Deliver online consultations and workshops


• Perform internal audits at client sites and prepare reports


• Provide ongoing professional communication with clients to maintain implemented systems


• Manage and organize complete client files

Required Qualifications & Skills


• University degree in organizational sciences, quality, management, or a related field


• Advanced computer literacy


• Strong knowledge of business correspondence practices


• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)


• Category B driver's license – active driver

Preferred


• Previous experience in implementing ISO management systems
