Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct real-time product evaluations to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Monitor on-screen personnel performance to maintain service and presentation consistency.
  • Identify and report quality issues or deviations, collaborating with relevant departments for corrective actions.
  • Perform regular checks to verify the functionality of technical equipment used in live operations.
  • Support and enforce internal quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Continuously monitor live services to ensure consistent delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Native-level or fluent English proficiency (C1 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in live broadcast, media, or digital content technology.
  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and operational regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in PC tools and systems, particularly Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
