As a Senior Controlling Specialist, your primary focus will be to support management in making strategic decisions through insightful financial analysis and business process evaluation. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and operational efficiency, leveraging your deep understanding of financial data and performance drivers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly P&L and balance sheet reports
  • Monitoring and analysis of key KPIs, trends, and deviations from plans and budgets
  • Participation in the creation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans
  • Collaboration with other departments to optimize costs and improve processes
  • Preparation of different analyses for management needs
  • Active involvement in the development and improvement of reporting methodologie

Essential skills
:

  • University degree in economics, finance, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in controlling or financial analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills
