About The Role And The Team
The Junior SAP FICO Specialist will provide Level 1 support for all SAP FICO-related requests from the business, ensuring smooth operation and user assistance across SAP S/4HANA Cloud functionalities including solution implementation, change management, transactional support, master data management, and process orchestration. The role involves close collaboration with senior SAP team members, IT management, external support vendors, and SAP support to maintain system integrity and resolve issues efficiently.

This is a fixed-term position for 18 months, covering maternity leave, with standard working hours from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday, aligned with Belgrade local time.

What will you be doing?

• Support the management and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Cloud innovations and solution scope within the Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) domain.
• Assist in handling requirements related to financial data management, migration, and transformation processes within the FICO area.
• Provide Level 1 transactional support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of finance and controlling activities in SAP.
• Support configuration and maintenance of core FICO functionalities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Controlling (CO).
• Assist in managing FICO master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across financial records and reporting structures.

What We Are Looking For

• High school minimum
• Foundational knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, business process flows, and financial data structures
• Exposure to SAP FICO configuration, master data management, and transactional support is an advantage
• Familiarity with IT ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, or similar) for documenting support activities
• Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior colleagues, IT teams, and external support partners.
