Junior Financial Specialist
to join its Belgrade office. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to start a career in finance, gain hands-on experience, and grow within an international environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily financial operations and reporting activities.
  • Work with numerical data and perform analysis using Excel.
  • Assist with reconciliations, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to company processes, systems, and financial tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    ; familiarity with other financial tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English
    (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a career in finance.

Full onboarding and training will be provided – we are looking for someone with the right mindset and willingness to grow.
