Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Finance Specialist - Gaming Platform to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

As a Finance Specialist - Gaming Platform at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Storing invoices in SharePoint.

  • Maintaining structured invoice records by provider and legal entity.

  • Tracking expected invoices by provider and period.

  • Notifying relevant teams if an expected invoice is delayed.

  • Validating invoice file structure and data for errors.

  • Verifying GGR values in the invoice against gaming platform statistics.

  • Ensuring correct calculation of invoice amounts based on GGR, percentage rates, currency exchange rates, and promotional discounts.

  • Preparing and submitting invoices for payment.

  • Resolving issues related to payment processing.

  • Providing payment status updates when necessary.

  • Maintaining a list of payment conditions for each provider.

  • Overseeing reconciliation reports for invoices.

Required skills:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance and data analytics;

  • Knowledge of Russian (B1 to B2) and English languages (B2+)

  • Solid understanding of finance and data analytics;

  • Great at dealing with numbers; a lot of calculating and data analysis

  • Independent in the usage of MS Office (Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Perseverance, ability to work in a team, communication skills,

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset;
