About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Finance team in managing owner accounts receivable collections. This role will focus primarily on email-based communication, requiring precision, empathy, and excellent written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage owner accounts receivable collections almost entirely via email.
  • Follow a structured reminder and escalation schedule with accuracy and consistency.
  • Track, document, and organize all communications in spreadsheets and/or CRMs.
  • Exercise good judgment when handling sensitive or tense interactions.
  • Draft and adapt written messages that align with the tone and intent of each situation.
  • Thoughtfully inquire about potential issues behind payment delays.
  • Escalate cases appropriately to Finance or Client Services when necessary.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a strong plus).
  • Extremely detail-oriented, fast, and highly responsive.
  • Comfortable adhering to strict processes and schedules.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple accounts precisely.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen sense of tone and context.
  • Professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
